Welcome to PennePazze! I’m Rony, the owner and founder, and I’d love to share the story of how this dream came to life.

Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my Italian mother, rolling out pasta dough, crafting pizza from scratch, and watching her bring traditional dishes to life. I remember the amazement on my non-Italian family’s faces as they watched this magic unfold. Those moments were more than just cooking; they were seeds planted in my heart, seeds that would eventually grow into the forest that is PennePazze today.

Despite my mother’s hopes of me becoming a doctor, I couldn’t shake my passion for cooking. I knew I wanted to bring the rich, authentic flavors and experiences of Italian cuisine to the American market. I wanted people to see, smell, and feel the entire process, just like I did as a child. That’s why, at  PennePazze, we’re all about transparency and tradition. Our open kitchen concept lets you witness every step of the journey, from kneading the dough to plating the pasta, just as I did when I first fell in love with cooking.

Everything here is made from scratch, with love and respect for the traditions that have been passed down through generations. My goal is to make you feel like you’re sitting at our family table, enjoying a meal crafted with care and authenticity. Our pasta selection is a highlight of our menu, featuring dishes like our beloved Homemade Lasagna. Made with spinach pasta, ragu (meat sauce), mozzarella, and cream, this lasagna is a favorite among our patrons. Another standout is the Campanelle Pazze, which offers a rich and flavorful experience with roasted tomatoes, confit garlic, and Kalamata olives. For a classic choice, our Amatriciana with tagliatelle pasta, tomato sauce, pancetta, garlic, and onion never disappoints.

In addition to our pasta, we are proud to serve unique pinsas, made fresh in-house. Our Pinsa Primavera, topped with roasted tomato, prosciutto crudo, arugula, and shaved parmesan, provides a perfect blend of flavors. Another must-try is the Meatball Panini, featuring an all-beef meatball with burrata cheese, served in our famous pinsa dough
